Internship Programs
Summer Internship Programs
In the summer internship program, we offer university students the opportunity to practice the theoretical knowledge they have learned and prepare them for business life by giving them short-term projects that differ according to the department they will work at.
In the period covering the months of June-September, after providing interview experience both to students who are obliged to do internship and volunteer students, we employ students who show high potential.
Winter Internship Program
For the winter internship program, we first analyze the number of interns needed by the departments. After identifying the need for interns in terms of quality and quantity, we collaborate with vocational high schools and offer internship opportunities to students who pass the screening of Human Values department after the assessment of consultant teachers.
We are constantly observing our high school students and providing them with all the support they need in order for them to be beneficial individuals in our society.
Project-based/Periodical Internship Program
Every year, we analyze the number of employees required for projects that we determine in line with company targets. Following these analyses, we include 3rd or 4th-year university students who we believe can contribute to our organization in the period determined for the project, and we create opportunities for them to gain experience and prepare for the business life before they graduate.
New Graduate Recruitment
In our Group Companies, which are constantly growing with investments, we offer opportunities to new talents following staff analyses performed every year. We recruit newly graduated candidates who comply with the basic criteria of the relevant position, are compatible with our corporate values, have high awareness and motivation, and prepare them for the future with our Bak Academy training and development programs.
Online Programs - Talents Meet Professionals
In addition to our internship programs, we also carry out various online programs using the advantage of digitalization. With our “Talents Meet with Professionals” program, which stands out among these, we bring together university students studying in the relevant departments of universities with our department employees in online interviews related to their career goals and/or the departments they are studying. We answer what university students, who are the professionals of the future, are curious about business life.
